Itchy bitsy tickle me

Here's the video of YY laughing as I tickle her armpits =) We all just love to play and chat with her coz she will surely respond with a big broad smile. Seeing a happy baby like her everyday really make our day!

p/s : notice QQ's voice behind? Due to too much of attention given to her lil mei mei, she wanted some from us =)

Dim chong chong...

Chong chong fei!! That's the all time favorite stunt we love to play with QQ last time, and now with YY. Here's the video of YY laughing out loud while playing with her. I always play back all her laughing videos whenever I'm free (especially during my moo moo time), they are simply irresistible!

Original video is quite lengthy with many more laughter from her in the beginning. So I just trimmed the video featuring this singing part only. Come to think of it, did I record this type of video for QQ? Let me x-ray all my thumb drive first......

Flower Girl : She did it!

Here's the picture of the lil flower girls who did a good job for my beloved cousin's wedding banquet at The Ritz Carlton Hotel on 13th November 2010. Flower girls were needed twice as they had separate wedding banquet from the bride's family on the following week. Smellybutt wasn't smiling when I snapped this picture. She's always like that, ikut mood.

Me and the lovely bride during the cocktail session

Always got caught with this action :P

Mommies with the flower girls

This is the 2nd round of wedding banquet which we attended last Saturday at Grand Imperial Restaurant, Hartamas Shopping Centre.

Me @ 38weeks 3days tummy :P

That was Smellybutt's very first lollipop!! No idea who was the culprit offering her that forbidden food. I have never offered her sweets, and she yanked this whole piece of lollipop happily that night. The first and the last ya.....no more after this! I don't want to introduce her sweets as I feel that she's still too young for it, and I don't want to deal with any of her tooth decay issue later. Sweets are definitely not healthy for young kids and she may be addicted to it after a few try, so better stop it now. She dislike proper meal so mommy dislike sweets. Even if you take your meal properly, no sweets either :P Moreover, I believe she will have PLENTY of opportunities to have this evil junk food on her own without my knowledge, when she starts her primary school in 4 years time. So what's the hurry of introducing sweets to her? =)

And here's a short video of their rehearsal. Btw, that 2 boys are my cousin's sons too, kakilang =) And Sonia is my cousin's best friend's daughter.

Well done to 4 of them! =)

P/s : notice Smellybutt indulging herself with the lollipop to the max? She refused to let go of it during the rehearsal @_@

Healthy Song

This is the song ( 健康歌) which the kiddos have to sing and dance on their Sports Day. Those lyrics from Smellybutt....none of it tally with the actual song @_@ EXCEPT the word "sieh yeh yeh sieh yeh yeh" and "siao mi mi siao mi mi", that's all. But it's Ok....I still admire her singing and dancing very much will lots of laughter =)

News on her actual Sports Day coming up soon!

Improved version of Rukunegara

This has been recorded just a day before the actual Sports Day. Smellybutt has managed to memorize the Rukunegara, almost 90%. Though some lintang pukang oredi, but still acceptable lah =) She's not going to present it solo, so it's Ok, some more got leader mah :P She was a bit restless in this video, turning around and spread wide her legs +_+

That green stripes hat...it was a brand new 1, only cost RM3 from F.O.S. Bought a red stripes for Lil BB actually, then soon-bin get another 1 for Smellybutt lah. Else she might question me, "why I don't have?" :P Also plan to let her wear it on her pre-school Xmas Party, but I have not planned for her Xmas Party costume yet lah. I can't accompany her this round, coz Teacher Nel said the Xmas Party might be held on 19th December 2010 =( That's the time I'll be in jail with my confinement lady.

"Twinkle twinkle little star" unplugged

Another song presented by lil soprano of mine. Popo used to sing to her this song before her afternoon nap, and my turn at night. Slowly and quietly, she memorized the lyric and then suddenly sang out loud in front of us! I really love this kind of surprise from her =)

She sings Nananaku

Lately she sings a lot, mostly full song with full lyric. Accurate or not lain cerita ok. At least she knew the music and tune.

After many attempts to record down this lil song bird's UNPLUGGED performance, last weekend was the night!! Previously tarak mood to bikin filem with me.

I ajak her to sing along with me our national anthem "Negaraku". To my surprise, she could sing it. Few months ago, before she started to go to the pre school, she could only sing the first line which sounded like this "Nananaku...tanah tum...daalaku...jeng jeng jeng!". Muahahaha actually it was me who included the last words "jeng jeng jeng" after each line of the lyric :P Just to make it more fun while teaching her to sing this song. So on that bright blue moon night, she sang in front of my camera, our national anthem - Nananaku. Hehe, that's her pronunciation. She did missed out some part so I did the back up for her. But there were a few lines where she could pronounced the Bahasa Melayu words pretty accurate lah. Amazing!! In fact, she will sing the national anthem at the pre school every Monday, if I'm not mistaken lah. So now she gets to practice it more often and can sing with many other children.

Hmm...come to think of it, she inherited my hobby too - singing! I love to sing at the Karaoke center since I was in secondary school right up to the time before I got pregnant. But when I was in my 2nd trimester, I joined my friends once and that was my last call lah. Now I prefer to have an "unplugged performance" with my lil Smellybutt. I can cover 1Malaysia song - Chinese/Mandarin, English, Malay, Tamil. FYI, I can't read or write Chinese words but I can sing Chinese/Mandarin songs without the subtitle. How?? My brain works great on selective thing. If I love the song very much, I can literally memorize the whole song within a week time just by listening to the same song repeatedly, twice a day. After that I can go live, unplug! Hey, even my Chinese educated friends also "shue bei ngor" kalah sama saya. Muahaha.

Most of my friends can't beat my voice even though they sang with a microphone =) Ha...not that I have a very sweet and nice voice. I'm referring to my volume, it's like an amplifier even when I don't use a microphone. LOL! I don't know why lah, but it just happen very naturally with my in-born speaker. Badan kecik tapi suara kuat. That is what my friends describe me, always. And I heard the same statement from the nurse who bathed my 2 days old Smellybutt in the hospital!!! Because hor, Smellybutt cried and screamed out loud when the nurse cleaned her up with warm water. It was indeed a very sharp scream from her. That is what we call "like mother like daughter" (",)

Let's sing together with my lil soprano here :)

I Love You unplugged

Here's the video of her singing Barney's famous song entitled "I Love You". As you watch and listen to her, the 1st part of the song is almost in mute mode, purposely punya. When reached the 2nd part, she sang it with penuh semangat! Plus a ciuman maut from her to Barney too :P

I love you, You love me,

We're a happy family,

With a great big hug, and a kiss from me to you,

Won't you say you love me too!

The ABC lecturer

Want to learn how to play the ABC puzzle? Here's the guide from Cikgu Smellybutt. She will teach you where to put and where not to put the letter. Sorry ya...lecture being conducted in Chinese :)

Basically, Cikgu Smellybutt was trying to tell her student (who?me lah) this while pointing at the puzzle board :

"not put here keh...not put here keh...PUT HERE KEH".

Sneak preview of her counting

Since last month, Smellybutt was able to count from 1 to 10. While counting, hunger striked, thus she has swollen 4, 5, 6. Hehehe. Here's the preview of her incomplete counting. Yesterday night we managed to coax her to count from 1 to 10 and she did it. Nah..can't record it down as she would only want to count while lying on bed and lights off. A newer and complete version is in the making....so stay tuned :)

Say Barney!

Took this video last month.

Me : What are you watching?
QQ : Barney
Me : What are you holding?
QQ : Raisin

Barney and raisin are her favorite! She can recognize Barney, BJ and Sissy. Most of the time when I ask her to tell me who are Barney's friends, she always mention Sissy first. Don't know why she wants to leave out BJ. When I say B, she'll continue to say J. Hehehehe.

BA-IK

Smellybutt is indeed a fast learner. I'm truly amazed by her ability to say a new word after me almost immediately. Well, yeah...I do admit that I'm talkative. Smellybutt inherites my talkative gene. Yay!! We both can popek popek a lot! I love talking to her. The house is always full of laughter. Sometimes filled with piercing scream from her and some horrible cries too(whenever I say NO to her). Aiyah...I can say most baby hates to hear the word NO. Same goes to adults too, right?

Her first malay word was lapan. This round, proudly present you the word - BAIK. She pronouned it in real bahasa baku way. Ba-ik. Hehe.
